"If you don't live through the education you can't be a good teacher"

A few days ago, I read a news on a different organization in the school:

Nelly Valera, teacher of Eirís’s center. This center bets for new methodological strategies to form the pupils.

Nelly’s considered to be one lucky for being able to be employed at what he likes. "I am a vocational teacher, because I think that it is necessary to live through the education, if you do not live through the education you cannot be a good teacher ", he confesses.

All this type of changes is possible if we believe in them; in addition everything is thanks to those teachers who are interested for the good of his pupils and the company, those that really are main for vocation, and sometimes they are treated scornfully.

In relation with our experiences, all that on that it has commented this teacher was not present in ours day after day, and in addition we think that not all our teachers would realize these changes. A few days ago I read an article in class of didactics that he was saying:

"The most devastating thing is that the teachers do not fulfill the role that they were occurring. They had a role of "semidiós" in the community. If you saw them in a business, huy!, also they eat and buy. Now we think about the teachers as persons who did not obtain employment in another part. And it is a shame, because they are the most important persons of the company. We think that the doctors or the attorneys are more important. But if it was not for the teachers, we would have neither doctors nor attorneys, when it is said that the taxes increase to increase the expense in education, we want to support loudly our wallet".
