Educating emotions

Consider ourselves, in those feelings that are difficult to express in words ... All human beings feel, excited us, an emotion can become a laugh, but also aggression, crying. It is therefore vital to learn to manage these emotions from small school.
Are teachers a good reflection to educate the emotions?
Are you ready and prepare children to meet these challenges?

I think it's something that should be educated since we were small, we must learn to manage our emotions and impulses; namely react rationally thinking things. Because in life you learn to base sticks, but if before we have been training for sure the blows hurt less.
In my school, there was a quarter in which the subject of religion was about feelings and emotions. The truth is that I remember with great gratitude, we learned a lot and also brings people together. You know more than others and not just the facade they have. It's a great way to build confidence in a class and a good atmosphere that will help the partners in the future to help each other.
